Creating Tickets 
When a problem occurs on your computer, you should:
- Right-click the BizTek icon
and select “Create Service Ticket”.
- It is often beneficial to include a screenshot of the problem that is occurring. Click “Attach Screenshot” to do this. (There will be no indication that a screenshot has been attached).
- In the “Subject” box, give a title to your computer issue, and below it, give a more detailed description.
- Hit send.
- A support technician will get in contact with you.
Installing the Agent (for Windows users) 
- To download the default agent, click here.
- After it has been saved, double click on the agent.
- After a couple minutes, a blue box with a white check will appear in your icon tray.
Quick Connect 
If you are unable to download the BizTek Agent software, Quick Connect becomes the best way for us to remotely access your computer.
- Contact a BizTek engineer. (ALERT: Quick-Connect won't work unless you have contacted a BizTek engineer.)
- Select their name from the dropdown box below.
- Click “Connect”.
- Run the program.
- The corresponding BizTek technician will connect and begin moving the mouse.
