1. To download the default agent, click here.
2. After it has been saved, double click on the agent.
3. After a couple minutes, a blue box with a white check will appear in your icon tray.

If you are unable to download the BizTek Agent software, Quick Connect becomes the best way for us to remotely access your computer.

1. Contact a BizTek engineer. (ALERT: Quick-Connect won't work unless you have contacted a BizTek engineer.)
2. Click here to connect.
3. Run the program.
4. The corresponding BizTek technician will connect and begin moving the mouse.
